Return & Claim Policy - Wholesale Orchid Lei, Orchid Stems & Orchid Loose blooms
If you wish to make a return we must first approve your claim and it must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the product. Please call us at (808)-291-0804 or email us with the word “RETURN” in the subject line. You must include all of the following information in your email: Your order #, the name(s) on the order forms, Items & amounts you wish to return, provide reason for return (damaged, spoiled, missing items, etc.), Your Contact Phone Number.

All refunds and claims must be done within 12 hours of receiving your order. A partial and or full refund can be requested if you are not satisfied with the quality of our Leis. Please contact us in this event. You must also submit a photo of the Leis you wish to be refunded for and upon our approval we will issue you the designated refund.

Paradise Leis will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, delays in shipment due to weather or unforeseen incidences, incorrect address, mechanical failure or other disruptions during transportation. We guarantee freshness of our Lei provided there are no disruptions during delivery. Please note: If the recipient is not home and their package is left outside we do not guarantee freshness. We will provide a tracking number when we ship out your order so you can monitor your shipment. If you would like the option to sign for your Package please contact us and inform us before your order ships
​If your address is in what some consider a “rural” area FedEx will utilize a third party courier. Be aware that this may cause a delay in the delivery time. When placing orders you may check with us to find out if your address is considered rural. In many cases we recommend you plan for your order to be delivered 2 days before your event for best assurance. If you are not sure please contact FedEx at 1-800-go-fedex. Paradise Leis is not held responsible for any delay in deliveries in such cases.
If you require a Saturday delivery you must ensure that it is available for your address. Paradise Leis will not issue any refunds in the event that the the order cannot be shipped, or if there are delays.

For all cancelled orders we issue a 10% administration fee. We will not issue a refund if your order is cancelled within 7 days of your ship out date.
